BOOKING TERMS

Know before you book.

Sending a request is free and does not hold a date. We provide labor only; you arrange the truck or container. Crew time begins when we arrive at the first stop and ends when work finishes at the last stop, including time between stops. Crew travel is $50 for up to 50 round-trip miles from Swanton; additional crew miles are $1.50 each. We confirm the route and final scope with you before asking for a deposit. After we confirm availability, crew, scope, and final price with you, we’ll give you the deposit amount and payment instructions. Your date is held when the deposit is paid. The deposit counts toward your move total.

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time for a full deposit refund. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, including on the same day, the deposit is kept as the cancellation fee. No additional cancellation charge applies. If iLoad cancels, we refund the deposit in full.

We’ll provide these terms in writing before asking you to pay a deposit.
